Positions: Production Factory Manager
Industry: Manufacturing
Location: Clark, Pampanga
Salary: 80,000 pesos per month + 13 months salary
Working hours: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday (work every other Saturday)
Holidays: Saturdays and Sundays (Saturdays are worked every other week)

Requirements:
• High school graduate or above
• At least 3 years of working experience with common sense (no experience in manufacturing is required)
• English level: Daily level or above (must have a strong will to speak English)
• People who can communicate in Japanese without any problem.
• Have confidence in their health
• Have some experience overseas (studying, working, etc.)
• Able to work proactively and independently.
• Those who can flexibly adapt to work overseas.
• Those who can work in the Philippines for a long period of time.

Responsibilities:
• Production management, translation (Japanese to English, English to Japanese)
• Oversee the whole operation
• Manage the Filipino Staff and report to Japanese Boss
