Job Description:
🎇Negotiating deals with clients
🎇Promote properties with ads, listing, open viewing
🎇Prepare contracts, purchase agreement, rental agreements, deeds, and other documents.
🎇Maintains real estate license and knowledge
🎇Knowledge of tax or BIR matters

Requirements
🎇License Real Estate Broker is an advantage
🎇At least 1-2 years of experience working for the same role
