Position: Thai Speaking Data Analyst
Industry: BPO Company
Work Location: Mandaluyong City
Salary: Php70,000-Php80,000
Work Schedule: Shifting
Work Setup: Hybrid
Qualifications:
🔸 Fluent in speaking, reading and writing Thai language
🔸 Preferable located in the Philippines
🔸 Customer Service experience is a plus
🔸 Bachelor’s degree graduate of any 4 year course
🔸 Amenable to be assigned in any of the company site in Metro Manila or Cebu (Taguig, Quezon City, Mandaluyong, etc.)
Responsibilities:
🔸 Responsible in translating technical documents such as invoices and billings from Thai to English and vise versa
🔸 Monitor and review assigned portfolio and report the status of account handled
🔸 Responsible in collecting the receivable and pending promises payment by contacting the customers via calls, email and chats
🔸 Ensures that all the records are updated and accurate in the system
