Company Profile: A German company that has diversified businesses expanded to Philippines to support automotive or emergency related concerns of their Korean customers
Position: Korean Automotive Account Associate
Industry: BPO - Luxury Car Account
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Salary: Php 80,000 - Php 100,000
Work Schedule: Shifting
Work Setup: Work Onsite
Requirements:
✅Korean National living in the Philippines
✅Proficient in English
✅ Degree Holders and Open to undergraduates
✅With 3 to 6 Months Customer Service experience
✅Geographical knowledge
✅Must be willing to work in Taguig City (ONSITE)
Responsibilities:
✅ Provide premium and high quality service to automobile customers
✅ Assisting Koreans with emergency concerns and inquiries for automotive account
✅ Provide information for inquiries and make sure they are addressed properly
✅Customers must be provided with prompt action and quality assistance
Recruitment Process:
1. Initial Interview with Filipino HR
2. Assessment Exam (English Grammar Test and Korean)
3. Final Interview with the Hiring Manager
