Position: Vietnamese Customer Fulfillment Analyst

Salary: Php60,000 - Php65,000 Monthly
Location: Makati City
Schedule: Dayshift, Weekends off(9:00 AM-6:00 PM)

Requirements:
📌Bachelor's degree in Accounting or other related courses
📌Filipino who can speak Vietnamese language fluently
📌With related experience is an advantage but not required
📌Fresh Graduates are welcome to Apply
📌With good skills using Microsoft Excel
📌Strong Customer Service Skill

Responsibilities:

📌Work with the customer to schedule deliveries depending on stock levels and provide priority to certain locations (during reception hours)
📌Proactive order management, including foreseeing and resolving problems with customer orders.
📌Managing customer inquiries and complaints
📌Works with the E-Commerce department
📌Creates and maintains customer service performance reporting system
