Position: Malaysian Customer Service Representative
Industry: Online Gaming Company
Salary: Php90,000-Php100,000 monthly
Schedule: Shifting
Location: Makati City
Work Set-up: Work On Site

Requirements:
✔ Bachelor’s Degree holder of any course
✔ Can speak Mandarin/Hokkien language
✔ Proficient in English language
✔ Preferably with at least 1 year experience in Betting or Customer Service
✔ Fresh Graduate is also welcome to apply
✔ Amenable to work in shifting schedule
✔ Willing to work in Makati City

Responsibilities:
✔ Handling and replying to customer inquiries through email, phone and a live clients
✔ Maintaining customer relationships
✔ Providing feedback to Supervisor/Head on customer's needs/feedbacks
✔ Preparing and generating reports/relating customer's queries
✔ Data entries of event results in the systems
