Position: Vietnamese Telesales Team Leader

Salary: Php100,000-Php120,000

Requirements:
🔸 Vietnamese National willing to relocate in Philippines
🔸 With good English communication skills
🔸 Preferably Bachelor’s Degree holder of any course
🔸 At least 1 year or above of working experience in a related field has an advantage
🔸 Preferably 21 - 40 years old
🔸 Willing to work in Makati City

Job Description:
🔸Set team KPIs, Monitor team performance and motivate them to exceed targets.
🔸Update all internal systems to properly track potential customers and customer contacts.
🔸Keep up to date with products and competitors.
🔸Follow up on achieving the monthly and quarterly sales targets.
🔸Prepare and deliver sales reports to management.
🔸Provide quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer inquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints.
🔸Train the team for better quality performance.
