Position: Japanese HR Recruiter
Industry: Recruitment company
Location: Quezon City Philippines
Salary: Php 70,000 (Negotiable)
Work Schedule : Dayshift Schedule (Monday-Friday 8:30 AM -5:30 PM)

Requirements:
• Open for Japanese National located in the Philippines or Abroad
• Preferably applicants 35 years old
• Open for conversational English language
• Experience in not required
• Open to work in Quezon City Manila

Responsibilities:
• Screening the potential applicants qualification
• Interviews with applicant and introductions to companies
• Acquisition of new clients Sales and marketing
• Recruitment and marketing of job seekers
• Responsible in Japanese translation and interpretation
• Responsible for Japanese assessment
• Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to Japanese client concerns and needs.
• Bridge between Filipino recruiter to Japanese clients
• Planning, proposing, and launching new businesses
• Other related task

Recruitment Process:
• Initial Interview with HR Manager (English Language)
• Second interview with the President (English interview)
• Final interview with CEO (Japanese interview)
