Position: Japanese Marketing Coordinator
Industry: Insurance Company
Location: Makati City
Schedule: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Monday-Friday)
Salary: Php 80,000 - 100,000 Gross
Work set-up: Onsite

Requirements:
• Can speak, read and write Japanese language
• Open for Japanese National or Half-Japanese and Half-Filipino with Japanese Level 1 proficiency.
• Conversational in English language
• Bachelor’s degree holder
• Marketing or insurance related experience is an advantage

Responsibilities:
• Provide support to Japanese nationals
• Assist Japanese clients in insurance renewal, responding to inquiries and other service requirements.
• Handle/participate in the arrangement of meetings
• Handle inquiries from Japan headquarter
• Participate in Marketing campaigns
• Facilitate the processing of reimbursement of expenses for submission to Headquarter in Japan.
• Perform other duties as may be assigned by immediate superior.
