Location: Makati City
Industry: Online Gaming Company
Salary: Php 80,000 (Negotiable)
Work Schedule: Shifting including graveyard shift
Work Set-up: Onsite

Requirements:
• Open to Japanese National located in Philippines and Abroad
• Open to graduate, undergraduate, highschool graduate
• Experience in customer service or in any Financial industry and online gaming company is a big advantage
• English or Tagalog communication skill

Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
• General customer support and address the concerns of clients
• Inform customers about new features and functionalities
• B2B support for payment operations
• Explain the payment method
• Other Duties as Assigned
