Position: Vietnamese Customer Support (Account Management)

⛳Vietnamese National willing to relocate in the Philippines
⛳Good English communication skills
⛳With 1 year or above experience in Customer Service
⛳Experience in Chat Bot Support
⛳Tech savvy with basic coding knowledge
⛳Willing to work in Makati City

⛳Use the chatbot to find, recommend, inform, and deliver self-service responses that are most appropriate for the situation.
⛳Assist consumers with their requests, questions, and problems, and evaluate, evaluate, record, and address them.
⛳Read, understand, and evaluates system data
⛳Provide high quality customer service using self service chat bot
