JOB DETAILS :
Client Profile: A fully licensed online gaming company located in Makati City. This company provides technical and customer support services like customer relationship management services
Position: Vietnamese Senior Product Manager
Industry: Online Gaming
Location: Makati City
Salary: Highly Negotiable
Schedule: Shifting 2 days off
Requirements:
🌼Vietnamese national willing to relocate
🌼Proficient in Chinese language is advantage
🌼Bachelor's degree in master's in business administration (MBA) or Master’s Degree
🌼2 to 3 years experience as Product Manager in gaming industry
🌼5 years of experience in a project management role
🌼Knowledge in online gaming back end system -payment system
🌼Have a knowledge about European payment is plus
Responsibilities:
🌼Creates product requirements for the support and engineering teams to bring new products to market or to enhance existing features
🌼Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities
🌼Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product
🌼Perform product demos to customers
🌼Propose an overall budget to ensure success
🌼Defines the product vision, product roadmap, and product positioning
🌼Creates, maintains, and adjusts the product-line-level strategy and production schedules
🌼Communicates product vision to the sales and product marketing teams to obtain market share for the product
🌼Manages testing to detect and fix issues to make necessary improvements
🌼Gathers customer feedback to further improve the product
🌼Coordinates with respective teams regarding product launch
🌼Tracks product performance and oversees product throughout the product lifecycle
