Qualifications:
🎄Malaysian National who are fluent in English and Mandarin or Hokkien language
🎄Bachelor’s Degree graduate
🎄Proven experience working as a Telesales specialist
🎄Excellent communication skills
🎄Must be willing to relocate to Manila, Philippines

Responsibilities:
🎄Responsible for persuading customers to purchase companies' products and services through calls
🎄Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and remain satisfied with company products and services.
🎄Responsible in implementing strategies and meeting departmental and individual targets
🎄Accurately recording details of customers’ purchase orders and feedback.
