Qualifications:
✔ Malaysian National fluent in Mandarin and English language
✔ Bachelor’s Degree or Undergraduates can apply
✔ Proven experience working as a Telesales specialist
✔ Excellent communication skills
✔ Working knowledge of relevant computer software.
✔ Familiar with the products and services
✔ Must be willing to relocate to Manila, Philippines

Responsibilities:
✔ Responsible for persuading customers to purchase companies' products and services through calls
✔ Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and remain satisfied with company products and services.
✔ Responsible in implementing strategies and meeting departmental and individual targets
✔ Accurately recording details of customers’ purchase orders and feedback.
