Position: Vietnamese Customer Service Specialist
Location: Taguig
Salary: Negotiable
Work Set Up: Temporary Work from Home until notice
Schedule: Flexible
Requirements:
🚩Filipino proficient in Vietnamese language
🚩Vietnamese residing in the Philippines
🚩Undergraduates are welcome to apply
🚩Experience in Customer Service is advantage
🚩With computer device and stable internet
🚩Can start asap and work on site if needed
Responsibilities:
🚩Responsible for assisting technical inquiries or troubleshooting
🚩Verify warrant status, assist customers in exchange or refund of the product
🚩Respond to customers queries via phone, email or chat
🚩Analyze and document product malfunctions
🚩Monitor customer feedbacks in social media platforms
🚩Provide information regarding the features and functions of the products
