Client Details: An Irish Company in the Philippines located in Manila and Cebu City who specializes a Technical support in their clients
Position: Thai Technical Translator
Industry: BPO/IT Company
Salary: Php70,000-Ph90,000
Schedule: Shifting
Location: Taguig, Mandaluyong and Quezon City
Requirements:
✅Open for both Filipino and Thai National
✅Preferably Bachelor’s Degree holder of any course
✅Fluent in both Thai and English
✅Preferably with at least 1 year experience in Technical Support
✅Amenable to work in shifting schedule
✅Willing to work in any of the following: Taguig, Mandaluyong and Quezon City
Responsibilities:
💼Provides first line of support and resolves simple to complex technical and non-technical issues reported by users or systems.
💼Translations of some documents from English to Thai and Vice versa
💼Escalate concerns to the next level
💼Provide excellent customer service
💼Perform other related tasks
