Position: Japanese Customer Support
Location: Makati City
Industry: Online Gaming Company
Salary: Php 50,000 - above
Work Schedule: Shifting including graveyard shift
Work Set-up: Onsite
Requirements:
💕Open to Japanese National (Located Philippines and Abroad)
💕Open to graduate, undergraduate, highschool graduate
💕Experience in customer service or in any Financial or Online gaming industry
💕English or Tagalog communication skill
Responsibilities:
🎶Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
🎶General customer support
🎶Inform customers about new features and functionalities
🎶B2B support for payment operations
🎶Other Duties as Assigned
