Requirements:
🎇 Filipino National fluent in Indonesian and English
🎇 Indonesian national with permanent visa holder
🎇 High School or bachelor’s degree graduate are welcome to apply
🎇 With customer service or technical experience voice account is an advantage
🎇 Can start working asap
🎇 Willing to work in Shifting schedule and on-site

Responsibilities:
🎇Assist clients in software and hardware related concerns through email, chats and calls with the use of supported scripts and procedures
🎇Respond to clients inquiries regarding the technical issues encountered
🎇Escalate concerns as necessary to achieve customer satisfaction
🎇Must be updated with the current process and should be knowledgeable in providing resolutions to specific concerns
