Position: Indonesian Customer Service Representative
Industry: Online Gaming Company
Salary: Php120,000 monthly
Schedule: Shifting
Location: Makati City
Work Set-up: Work On Site


Requirements:
✅ Bachelor’s Degree holder of any course
✅ Indonesian national proficient in English language
✅ Preferably with at least 1 year experience in Betting or Customer Service
✅ Fresh Graduate is also welcome to apply
✅ Amenable to work in shifting schedule
✅ Willing to work in Makati City

Responsibilities:
✅ Handling and replying to customer inquiries through email, phone and a live clients
✅ Maintaining customer relationships
✅ Preparing and generating reports/relating customer's queries
✅ Data entries of event results in the systems
✅ Providing feedback to Supervisor/Head on customer's needs/feedbacks
