A shared service center providing services and Process to Financial Services, Human resources, Service desk, IT support, digital and marketing services.
Position: Japanese Customer Speaking Specialist
Industry: Shared Services
Salary: Php 70,000- Php 100,000 gross (Negotiable)
Schedule: Dayshift
Location: Bulacan Meycauayan / Makati
Work set-up: Hybrid work arrangement (3 days - WFH, 2 days onsite)
Requirements:
🔷Japanese level 1, 2
🔷With experience in accounting or Customer service is highly advantage
🔷Open for Fresh Graduates or no experience
🔷Can speak conversational English
🔷Willing to work onsite in Bulacan.
Responsibilities:
🔷Provide excellent phone and email assistance on various types of Employee queries
🔷Provide complete resolution to all queries and requests
🔷Responsible in escalating queries and requests accordingly to the Team Lead and make necessary follow-ups
🔷Responsible for communicating resolution from higher levels and close cases within the expected turnaround time
🔷Maintain and continuously enhance expertise and knowledge on all Employee Services/Financial Services processes and policies
🔷Effectively communicate, provide instructions, and options to customers
🔷Perform other tasks assigned by the Team Lead or Manager based on business needs.
