Position: Vietnamese CS Chatbot Analyst
Industry: IT Service Provider/Online Gaming
Location: Makati City
Salary: Php80,000-Php100,000
Schedule: Shifting Schedule (5 days, 2 days off)
Work setup: Work on-site

Requirements:
Vietnamese national willing to relocate in the Philippines
Good English communication skills
With 1 year or above experience in Customer Service
Experience in designing Chatbot content
Tech savvy with basic coding knowledge
Willing to work in Makati City

Responsibilities:
Design and develop chatbot content for efficient customer service experience
Read, understand, and evaluates system data
Provide high quality customer service using self service chat bot
Gather feedback from user’s experience for continuous chatbot improvement
