Position: Reservation & Ticketing Specialist

Work Location: Paranaque City
Work Schedule: Monday- Friday (1 working Saturday a month)
Salary: Php20,000 – Php30,000
Work Set Up: Work onsite

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree holder
• Has experience working in the same role
• Knowledge of Galileo and Sabre systems

Job Descriptions:
• Handle flight reservations and bookings for customers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Issue tickets, verify passenger information, and process modifications, cancellations, and refunds according to company policies.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns related to reservations and ticketing.
• Maintain accurate records of reservations, transactions, and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with other departments and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
