Position: Japanese Store Manager

Requirements:
・Japanese level 1, 2, 3 (NO CERTIFICATION REQUIRED)
・Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration or related field
・Experience in management is an advantage
・Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
・Strong client-facing and communication skills
・Duties and Responsibilities:
・Assisting the Manager with operational issues.
・Scheduling meetings and team building sessions as required.
・Promptly answering the questions of staff and other stakeholders.
・Preparing and filing forms and other documents.
・Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes.
・Taking inventory and ordering office supplies as needed.
・Analysing all operations and forwarding suggestions for improvement to the Manager.
