1)Online English learning and English conversation for children.
Kindergartens, nursery schools, boards of education (public elementary, junior high, and high schools), cram schools, and prep schools and their parents.
Private elementary, junior high, and high schools, English cram schools, and prep schools that are enthusiastic about English education and their parents/guardians.

Position: Customer Service and Operations for Online Bilingual Training School and Online English Conversation Service
※6-month probationary period
Industry: Language School
Location: Philippines (preferably in Manila, Bacolod or Cebu)
Salary: 70,000~100,000 pesos
Working Schedule: 10:00-19:00 (negotiable)
Holiday:2 days off per week (preferably weekdays except Saturday + Sunday), Philippine national holidays

Requirements:
<Required>
・University graduate or above.
・Japanese (as a mother-tongue language) *To support students.
・Business level English (TOEIC score 800 or above).
*English proficiency sufficient to communicate with members of the Philippine office and English teachers/professors of our clients is required.
・Interest in new business in the field of English and international education.

Job Description:
・As a customer support lead with the president's office, you will provide cross-sectional support for the above three programs.
・The student/customer side will be speaking in Japanese, and the instructor side will be speaking in English.
・Customer support by phone calls, Skype, and email.
・Handling of problems with courses (investigations, reports, and recurrence prevention measures).
・Organizing the support team.
・Chatting with local admins and tutors.
・Manage local tutors (confirm attendance, arrange substitutes, organize shift schedules, upload to system, troubleshoot problems, manage reports from tutors, etc.).
・Dealing with problems during lessons (both on the tutor's side and on the customer's side).
・Lesson quality management (reports on inquiries and suggestions for improvement).
・Checking lesson assignment information and feedback input, making charts, etc. (in English).
・Lesson material management.
・Ordering textbooks and managing digital platforms.
