Requirements:
Open for Japanese National located in the Philippines or Abroad
Preferably applicants 35 years old
Open for conversational English language
Experience is not required
Open to work in Quezon City Manila

Responsibilities:
Screening the potential applicant's qualification
Interviews with applicants and introductions to companies
Acquisition of new clients Sales and marketing
Recruitment and marketing of job seekers
Responsible for Japanese translation and interpretation
Responsible for Japanese assessment
Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to Japanese client concerns and needs.
Bridge between Filipino recruiter to Japanese clients
Planning, proposing, and launching new businesses
Other related task

Recruitment Process:
First interview with a Filipino from the Human Resources Department
Second interview with the CEO (English interview)
Final interview with CEO (Japanese interview)
