Requirements:
🎇 Open for both Filipino and Thai National
🎇 Preferably Bachelor’s Degree holder of any course
🎇 Fluent in both Thai and English
🎇 At least 1 year experience in Technical Support
🎇 Amenable to work in shifting schedule
🎇 Willing to work in any of the following: Taguig, Mandaluyong and Quezon City

Responsibilities:
✅ Provides first line of support and resolves simple to complex technical and non-technical issues reported by users or systems.
✅ Translations of some documents from English to Thai and Vice versa
✅ Escalate concerns to the next level
✅ Provide excellent customer service
✅ Perform other related tasks
