Requirements:
✨ Bachelor’s Degree holder of any course
✨ Proficient in English language
✨ Preferably with at least 1 year experience in Betting or Customer Service
✨ Fresh Graduate is also welcome to apply
✨ Amenable to work in shifting schedule
✨ Willing to work in Makati City

Responsibilities:
✅ Handling and replying to customer inquiries through email, phone and a live clients
✅ Maintaining customer relationships
✅ Providing feedback to Supervisor/Head on customer's needs/feedbacks
✅ Preparing and generating reports/relating customer's queries
✅ Data entries of event results in the systems
