Position: Corporate Accountant
Company Industry: BPO Company
Work Location: Pasay City
Work Schedule: Night Shift
Salary: Php40,000 - Php50,000
Work Set - Up: Hybrid Work Set Up
Job Descriptions:
✨Managing expense and payable of the company.
✨Input and handle invoices.
✨Help with employee report.
✨Complete credit card transactions and keep track of corporate credit card documentation restorations
✨Create journal entries in Accounting Plafform
✨Create filings and reports.
✨Create bank reconciliations every month.
✨Assist in drafting a comprehensive process and procedure handbook.
✨Help with periodic tax filings.
✨Keep up internal cash reconciliation, assist with cash controls, payment reviews, and cash projections process enhancements, creating efficiencies, and improving analytics and reporting
✨Supporting the team with evaluations of financial and operational results
✨Any further responsibility that may require
Job Requirements:
✨Certified Public Accountant.
✨At least 1-3 years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting
✨Amenable to work on site and to work at home
✨Knowledge of GAAP is an advantage
