Position: Accounting Team Lead
Company Industry: BPO Company
Location: Pasay City
Salary Offer: Php 40,000 – Php 50,000
Work Schedule: Mid Shift
Work Set Up: Hybrid
Job Requirements:
✨ Bachelor’s of Science in Accountancy
✨With 3 years’ experience in Corporate Accounting is an advantage
✨ With Supervisory experience is an advantage
✨ CPA is a big plus
✨With experience in GAAP is an asset
Job Responsibilities:
✨ Manage closing process monthly
✨Perform end closing processes such as Journal entries
✨Review important journal entries
✨Review Balance Sheet to ensure accurate asset balances and liabilities
✨Reconcile balance sheet accounts
✨Prepare and review clients reports
✨Analyze workflows and recommend process improvements
✨Prepare and analyze monthly and quarterly variance analysis
✨Other related tasks required by immediate superior
