Job Requirements:
📍 Bachelor’s degree holder
📍 Has experience processing visa for at least 1 year
📍 Amenable to attend face to face interview.

Job Descriptions:
📍 Arranges the condominium requirements and other concerns.
📍 Coordinates booking of the hotel, air & Ship ticket and airport pick up.
📍 Processing of visa of Expatriates.
📍 Arranges restaurant & golf reservation and facilitate renewal of contract of SPI members’ playing rights for Management decision and approval
📍 Process billing statement received by playing golf member
📍 Prepare list of Japanese necessary for coordination and reservation to accredited hospital for their Annual Health Check-up
📍 Prepare presentation materials for president report on quarterly Board of Directors
📍 Other tasks as assigned
