Responsibilities:
🎆Timely transferring of property title acquired by the company
🎆Will facilitate the process of giving special power of attorney to clients.
🎆Submission and preparation of contracts for clients.
🎆Answer inquiries and concerns related to transfer of titles and special power of attorney
🎆Compile and maintain legal documents of the company.
🎆Other task as assigned.

Requirements:
🎆Bachelors Degree holder
🎆Working experience in handling legal documents for real estate
🎆Amenable to work on site
🎆Amenable to attend face to face interview once requested
