Job Qualifications:
🎆Real Estate License holder
🎆At least 1 year of experience in real estate field

Job Responsibilities:
🎆Negotiating deals with clients
🎆Promote properties with ads, listing, open viewing
🎆Prepare contracts, purchase agreement, rental agreements, deeds, and other documents.
🎆Maintains real estate license and knowledge
🎆Knowledge of tax or BIR matters
