Position: Retail Store Manager

Work Location: Quezon City/Ermita, Manila
Work Schedule: 6 days per week
Salary: Php27,000 Basic Salary
Work Set Up: Work onsite

Job Requirements:
⚡ Bachelor’s degree holder
⚡ At least 3 years’ experience working in a retail company
⚡ Amenable to work on site
⚡ Amenable to work on 6 days working days.

Job Descriptions:
⚡ Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to sales staff
⚡ Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
⚡ Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedure
⚡ Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
⚡ Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits/sales, etc.
⚡ Actively maintains a global brand image.
⚡ Lead and manage store meetings
⚡ Other tasks as assigned
