Position: Japanese Administrative Specialist
Industry: Consulting Company
Salary: Php 100,000 - 120,000 (Highly Negotiable)
Location: Makati City
Work Schedule: Dayshift
Work Set-up: Hybrid (2 days onsite, 2 days work from home)
Requirements:
• JLPT N1 Passer
• Proficient in both spoken and written English,
• Bachelor’s Degree Graduate of any course
• Preferably with 3 - 5 years of relevant work experience as Administrative set-up
Responsibilities:
• Supporting various administrative functions such as office administration, accounting
• Facilitate seamless communication and coordination between local offices and the corporate headquarters, ensuring all necessary paperwork and documentation are submitted accurately and on time.
• Assist in HR-related tasks,including onboarding new employees, managing employee records
• Provide Interpretation & Translation language support, facilitating effective communication between team members and external partners, ensuring language barriers do not hinder collaboration.
