Position: Mandarin Customer Service Support
Location: Makati City
Salary: Php 85,000 - Php 100,000
Schedule: Monday to Friday | Shifting Schedule
Industry: Online Gaming
Work Set-up: Work Onsite

⭐ College Graduate of any course
⭐ Can speak read and write Mandarin language
⭐ Native candidates located in the Philippines
⭐ At least 6 month above working experience in BPO, Online Gaming as Customer Service
⭐ Willing to work in Makati City

Job Responsibilities:
⭐ Take full responsibility for dealing with relevant customer’s complaints and queries.
⭐ Follow up on unresolved inquiries through emails or phone calls
⭐ Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
⭐ Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
⭐ Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communications.
⭐ Work closely with Team Leader and Manager to ensure excellent customer service is being delivered.
