🎅Korean National present in Philippines
🎅Permanent Visa Holders
🎅Filipino with business level proficiency in Korean
🎅Must have Customer Service or BPO Experience as a Korean Bilingual Team/Supervisor.
🎅At least 2 years in College
🎅Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
🎅Proficient in using MS Office applications and excellent presentation skills.
🎅Familiarity with interactive learning activities.
🎅Can start working asap

Job Duties:
🎅Oversee and manage team of agents to provide world-class customer service
🎅Conduct coaching and evaluation to ensure quality performance
🎅Effectively communicate product information to customers through email, phone and other digital communication platforms
🎅Maintain accurate and updated records of customers information
🎅Provide immediate resolution with compliance with the standard responses
🎅Ensures ongoing performance meets established guidelines and conducts annual performance reviews.
🎅Contributes to business growth and efficiencies.
