Position: Thai Senior HR Specialist
Industry: Shared Services
Location: Mckinley, Taguig City
Schedule: Dayshift, Weekends off
Salary: Php 70,000 - Php 80,000
Work set-up: On-site
Start date: December 2023

Requirements:
🎄 FILIPINO national who is proficient in THAI language or Thai national with PERMANENT VISA
🎄 Graduate of any four (4) year course
🎄 Preferably with experience in HR
🎄 Experience in Customer Service support is a plus
🎄 Proficient in MS Office applications

Responsibilities:
✅ Resolve inquiries raised by employees, managers, applicants, and HR community members.
✅ Address concerns via phone call, email, web portal, and email.
✅ Utilize the HR ticketing system and other management tools to respond to service inquiries.
✅ Document performed processes and ensure that communication / escalation matrix is followed
