JOB DETAILS :
Compnay Profile: A Japanese company with the primary goal of serving buildings electrical and other system demands.
Position: Project Manager
Salary: Php 50,000 Negotiable
Industry: Construction Industry
Location: Makati City (Main Office) | Batangas City (Project Deployment)
Schedule: Dayshift
Responsibilities:
• Lead construction engineers in a broad range of construction engineering work within a specific engineering discipline for a particular area of the project.
• Key responsibilities include people, processes, tools, training development, and oversight of project performance.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Project Execution Plans. Identify project risk. Provide active oversight of project work. Conduct and participate in project reviews and audits.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress and create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Requirements
• Registered Electrical Engineer
• With at least 2 years related work experience.
• Knowledgeable in the supervision of actual electrical installation/works in industrial projects.
• Should have experience in the construction industry.
