Position: Mandarin HR Helpdesk
Location: Laguna
Salary: Php 65,000 - Php 75,000 ALL BASIC
Schedule: Dayshift (9:00 AM TO 6:00 PM)

📌Requirements:
✔ Proficient in Mandarin and English
✔ Experience assisting customers on phone and live chat, email, social media and web form submissions
✔ Preferably Filipino-Chinese or fresh graduates or someone with CSR background
✔ Amenable to work in Laguna

📌Duties:
✔ Responsible to answer emails and chat regarding Payrolls and HR role
✔ Provide solutions inquiries of employees of these companies located abroad
✔ Responding via email if the inquiry is basic
✔ Coordinate with employees of head office located in China
✔ Updating employee file such as new address or marital status
✔ Respond to internal employee concerns via email and calls
✔ Answer calls from internal employees during office hours
✔ Listen to global employees and give solutions to their concerns
✔ Explain and record disputes to salary
✔ Refresh employees regarding signed agreement
✔ Collect and approve employees leaves and absences
