📌 Position: Mandarin Client Service Representative
📌 Location: Makati City
📌 Salary: Php 50,000 - Php 80,000
📌 Schedule: Dayshift
📌 Industry: Real Estate
📌 Work set up: Work Onsite | 2 days off

Qualifications:
📌 Bachelor’s degree in related field of study
📌Fluent in the English language
📌Has experience in immigration and visa processing procedures
📌 Motivated, energetic and able to work as a part of a team.
📌 Has strong communication and negotiation skills as the job is centred on communication with the client, colleagues, and authorities
📌 Must be able to work to tight deadlines even when under pressure, while still being able to provide a high level of customer service.
📌 You must be proficient in Microsoft Office and any other software or documents related to Visa and Immigration processes.

📌 Responsibilities:
✔ Oversee all aspects of the visa and permanent residency process, ensuring that the service runs smoothly
✔ Interview all clients and deal with all applications face to face and by post to ensure that the client is suitable
✔ Answer all queries, concerns, and questions from Chinese clients using their own language for better understanding
✔ Conduct unit tours and unit presentations
✔ Oversee the completion of all relevant visa and immigration documents and ensure that they are received within the time limit set by the government.
✔ Ensure that all of the information provided by the client is accurate and correct, preparing and checking all legal documents
✔ Prepare all fee quotes and any information required by clients, colleagues or authorities.
✔ Maintain strong working relationships with all clients and colleagues
✔ Help the client to obtain Visas, Philippine bank account, clearances, and other documentation required.
✔ Take full responsibility for all Immigration issues and operations, remaining up to date with any changes to legislation
✔ Performs other related duties and functions as required
