Position: Mandarin Warehouse Specialist
Location: Guiguinto, Bulacan
Salary: Php 40,000 (Negotiable)
Schedule: Shifting, Monday to Saturday

📌Requirements:
✔Candidates must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management,
✔Psychology, or equivalent.
✔At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
✔With experience in all HR facets but not required.
✔Must have strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize and meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
✔With excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Mandarin, English

📌Duties:
✔Plans and evaluates the sourcing methods used to recruit quality candidates.
✔Initiates and plans recruitment strategies and programs pertaining to sourcing, selection, job offer, and deployment.
✔Processing of government remittances (SSS, PHIC, HDMF) updates and reports. Facilitates government loan/benefit application, releasing, payment.
✔Processing of Personnel Action Form.
✔Processing of Promotions, change of salary, and change in ranks.
✔Responsible for disseminating statutory benefits-related information throughout the organization.
✔Reports newly hired and resigned employees to the government offices.
✔Assist in the timekeeping process.
✔Coordinates with Regional Offices.
