Position: TechOps Support Engineer
Company Industry: BPO Company
Salary: Php 35,000 above
Work Location: Subic Bay, Olongapo City
Work Schedule: Regular Schedule
Work Set-up: Onsite

Job Requirements:
• University Graduate with bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent experience
• With experience as a TechOps/ITOps engineer monitoring and troubleshooting production applications and infrastructure alerts.
• Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly languages
• Experience using DataDog, PagerDuty and other SaaS monitoring tools
• Experience with AWS management and CLI tools.
• Experience with data management tools: SQL, PL/SQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server

Job Responsibilities
• 7/24 monitoring of PagerDuty and production alerts.
• Work with engineers to ensure and standardize the collection of information to allow Tier 2 and Tier 3 operation/engineering support teams to remediate alerts efficiently.
