Job Description:
• Proactively engage with customers by efficiently responding to customer inquiries and concerns via live chat/email/phone. Involved.
• Effectively resolve customer complaints by carefully analyzing the situation and determining the resources needed for a • win-win resolution.
• General customer support and addressing customer concerns.
• Handle other duties as assigned.
