Position: Japanese Customer Associate
Industry: BPO Company / Online Gaming Company
Location: Makati City
Schedule: Shifting
Salary: Php 80,000 - 100,000 gross (Negotiable)
Work Set-up: ONSITE

Requirements:
• Half Japanese-Half Filipino with Native Level Japanese profiency
• Japanese National
• Good English communication skills
• Graduates and undergraduates are welcome to apply
• Customer Service or BPO related working experience is an advantage but not required
• Fresh graduates or no related working experience are also welcome to apply
• Willing to be trained and work in Makati City

Responsibilities:

•Actively engage with customers by attending efficiently to their inquiries and concerns via Live Chat/ Email / Phone
•Resolve customer complaints effectively through careful analysis of situations and determination of the required resources for win-win resolutions
