Position: Japanese Customer and Operation Specialist
Industry: Language School
Location: Philippines (preferably in Manila, Bacolod or Cebu)
Salary: Php 70,000 - Php 100,000 pesos
Working Schedule: 10:00-19:00 (negotiable)
Holiday:2 days off per week (preferably weekdays except Saturday + Sunday), Philippine national holidays

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree graduate
• Japanese (as a mother-tongue language) *To support students.
• With business-level English (English proficiency sufficient to communicate with members of the Philippine office and English teachers or professors of our clients is required)
• Interest in new business in the field of English and international education.
• Experience in customer support.
• Experience in the same industry.
• Knowledge and interest in technology.

Job Description:
• Provide cross-sectional assistance for the previously mentioned three programs
• Answering customer queries via Phone calls, Skype and emails
• Handling of problems with courses (investigations, reports, and recurrence prevention measures).
• Organizing the support team.
• Chatting with local administrators and tutors.
• Manage local tutors (confirm attendance, arrange substitutes, organize shift schedules, upload to the system, troubleshoot problems, manage reports from tutors, etc.).
• Dealing with problems during lessons (both on the tutor's side and on the customer's side).
• Lesson quality management (reports on inquiries and suggestions for improvement).
• Checking lesson assignment information and feedback input, making charts, etc. (in English).
• Lesson material management.
• Ordering textbooks and managing digital platforms.
