Position: Japanese Accounts Receivable
Location: Pasay City
Industry: German Shared Services Company
Salary: Php 105,000
Schedule: Dayshift (5 days a week + 8am to 5pm)
Work set-up: Hybrid - set up (3 day work onsite 2 days work from home)

Requirements
🍚Filipino proficient in Japanese language and with Good English communication skills
🍚JLPT N1-N3 Passer or non passer
🍚Open to Japanese National and Filipino who can speak Japanese
🍚Degree holder of any accounting or finance courses
🍚Has experience working in BPO Finance or shared services is an advantage
🍚Knowledge Accounts Receivable is a plus

Responsibilities:
💡Responsible for collecting quotations or billings from Japanese vendor
💡Providing analysis of the most cost reduction practices
💡Main duty is to process payments for the Japanese counterparts.
💡Analyse the Japanese contract and payment of clients to check the accuracy.
💡Handle payment related questions from Japanese clients
💡Prepare financial reports of collected amounts to higher management
