Position: Japanese Bilingual Deal Desk Operations Analyst
Industry: Consulting Company
Salary: Php 80,000 – 100,000 gross
Location: BGC Taguig
Schedule: Dayshift (Off Saturdays and Sundays)
Work set-up: Temporary Work From Home Set - Up
Requirements:
✅ Can speak, read and write Japanese language
✅ JLPT N1 - N2 Passer or Level (No certification required)
✅ At least conversational in English communication skills
✅ Bachelor’s degree in finance or business preferred
✅ 1-2 years in Sales or Customer Support or order management
Responsibilities:
☑️ Providing guiding in Sales Team in quotations
☑️ Negotiating agreement
☑️ Managing deal approvals that meet specific criteria
☑️ Re-configuring quotes that have errors due to system issues
☑️ Communicating with clients and internal stakeholders
☑️ Responsible in resolving quote errors
☑️ Serving as a subject matter expert on process and data reconciliation
