Position: Japanese Financial Transaction Senior Analyst
Industry: German Bank Service (Shared Service)
Location: Taguig City
Salary: Php 80,000 - Php 105,000 (Highly Negotiable)
Schedule: Day Shift
Work Set-up: Hybrid Work Arrangement (3 days onsite, 2 days work from home)


Requirements:
🍄Filipino who can speak, read, and write Japanese
🍄JLPT N1 / N2 (Passer/level)
🍄With Excellent English Communication Skills
🍄Open for Bachelor’s degree holder, undergraduate, associate, or vocational
🍄Knowledge in Finance, Accounting and Banking is an advantage but not required
🍄Must be technically-capable, intermediate Microsoft Tools Skill (Word, Excel, PPT)
🍄SAP and any accounting apps knowledge is an advantage but not required

Responsibilities:
🟠Accountable for managing the end-to-end transaction settlement
🟠Ensuring that the amount encoded or other data encoded are accurate before forwarding them to the finance and accounting department
🟠Check if there are discrepancy in the encoded data
🟠Communicate with the clients if there are discrepancy in the data and correct and discrepancy
🟠Updating of trade amendments
🟠Ensuring smooth and timely market settlement of securities and cash transfers between the bank and its counterparty.
In charge of pre-processing and settlement activities with efficiency and accuracy.
