Position: Mandarin Admin Consultant
Type of job: Back office Job
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Schedule: Dayshift, 9 AM to 6 PM

Requirements:
💼 Proficient in Mandarin and English.
💼 Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
💼 Required skill(s): MS Office.
💼 At least 2-3 years of working experience. Knowledge in MS Office; Word, Excel.
💼 Amenable to work in Taguig.

Responsibilities:
💼 Ensure to adheres to service standards through training and role modeling
💼 Mastering the overall process of accommodation allowance, including qualification application notification and approval, monthly accommodation check and data validation, one-time relocation expense reimbursement and transfer compensation application.
💼 Place daily foodstuff orders to suppliers according to chefs’ requests, communicate with suppliers about price, marketing status and other related issues, and ensure orders are delivered timely.
💼 Make survey to collect the food order of the region employee, prepare the events of the canteen , food card charge and refund.
💼 Manage asset inventory and storage room and process the requirement of employee (asset request /borrow /repair )
💼 Grasp the whole process of sporadic procurement acceptance, and contact SM Store or Mandarin Supermarket for requests and report to HQ.
💼 Assist process the requirement of the chef such as updating the policy of domestic and international flight check in request and assist to process documents
💼 To carry any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
