JOB DETAILS :
Client Profile:
The greatest manufacturing company that was established since 1960 in Japan and created a branch here in the Philippines year 2011. Their product can help many people through medical equipments.
Position: Accounting Staff ( Supervisory)
Industry: Manufacturing company
Location: Sto. Tomas, Batangas
Schedule: 8AM – 5PM
Work Set up: On site
Requirements:
🚩 Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
🚩 With at least three years of experience in general accounting
🚩 knowledge on PEZA reports and documentation
🚩 Knowledgeable in an ERP environment particularly SAP
Responsibilities:
🚩 Assist in the preparation of monthly Financial Statements (Balance Sheet / P&L) and related reports on time and with accuracy;
🚩 Ensures timely and accurate recording of assets, liabilities, revenues and expenses by the general accounting team in accordance with accounting standards in effect;
🚩 Prepares monthly schedules of expenses, accrued expenses and other payables and Performs account reconciliation for balance sheet and expense accounts;
🚩 Ensures timely and accurate filing of tax returns and required attachments to BIR;
🚩 Supervises the work of general accounting team, ensures that accounting policies and work instructions are adhered to, and resolves discrepancies and errors with the team and other concerned parties;
🚩 Prepares product quotation to customers and monitors production cost and variance
🚩 Monitors budget utilization and analysis of budget variance
🚩 Assists in monthly analysis of PL results and audits;"
